4Review is a status, not a ceremony
When someone submits, the story becomes Ready for Review. In Progress and Review sit in the backlog. Accept, or reject with comments and it iterates on the same story.
Succeeded: middleware and sign-in routes. Failed: OAuth redirect still needs the auth dashboard. Question: GitHub OAuth this week, or later?
Statuses that mean something
Completed is the accepted pile. Comments, structured progress, and activity stay on the story. That is the traceability: what was attempted, what succeeded, what failed, and who asked what.
There is no separate Current panel. No ticket factory to design. The list is the process.
