A planning loop that works for you
From a PRD to prioritized stories. Agents pick them off. The team can see what shipped.
Hand-crafting a backlog is the old job. Beck takes living documents into epics and stories you can still edit, then puts them on one list.
Write the PRD
Living pages in the workspace. Nested markdown, autosave. An agent can co-write. It does not Plan it unless you ask.
Break it into stories
Plan it snapshots selected docs into an epic spec you can still edit. Breakdown produces pointed stories with acceptance criteria. You import. The agent does not.
Prioritize the list
Icebox holds what is not ready. Drag what matters to the top. In Progress and Ready for Review sit in the backlog. There is no separate Current panel.
Backlog
4Agents pick the work
Recommend, start, log progress, finish. Same stories humans review. Workspace token, not a public URL.
You accept or reject
Reject with comments and the same story comes back. Completed is the accepted pile. PM and QA can see what shipped. Nothing lives in a markdown file on a laptop.
Succeeded: middleware and sign-in routes. Failed: OAuth redirect still needs the auth dashboard. Question: GitHub OAuth this week, or later?
$12 if you’re shipping. Free if you’re looking.
