Practices

How we intend the product to be used. The list is the point. Agents are workers in it.

Icebox vs backlog

Icebox is parking. The backlog is allowed work. If a story is not ready — no criteria, no owner of the question — it stays in the icebox. Agents should not pull icebox work.

Do

Import a Plan it snapshot to the icebox when you still need to edit. Drag into the backlog when it is allowed.

Don’t

Do not dump every idea onto the backlog and hope the agent knows what is real.

Write a PRD the agent can finish

Acceptance criteria on the stories, not a vibe in a paragraph. Plan it can break a living document down. You still edit the spec. Getting started is the path.

One list. No side channel.

Slack threads and laptop markdown are how stories go missing. If the agent worked it, the progress belongs on the story. If a human started it, same object.

Credits and your own keys

Breakdown costs 10, expand 5, a question 2. Free is 50 credits. Your Anthropic or OpenAI key skips credits and daily limits on every plan, including Free. MCP and the backlog keep working when credits run out. Pricing.

Do

Name tokens after bots. Read the live skill. Accept or reject on the story.

Don’t

Do not invent customers, velocity, or a second tracker for the same work.

$12 if you’re shipping. Free if you’re looking.

Pro is you and your agents, 250 credits. $15 a seat for the shared backlog. Cancel anytime.

Free is 50 credits. Enough to see if the loop is real.
